Get Set Go/Good Life Programmes
Get Set Go/Good Life Programmes aim to address social inclusion, the promotion of good mental and physical well being and to build social and skills capacity amongst older people in a specific target group within the community. By providing this service and promoting key health issues the objective is to add 'Life to Years and Years to Life'. The courses run for 12 weeks and are free to attend. They combine physical exercise, advice and information, health checks and an opportunity to meet like minded individuals and have fun.

Easy Rider - Kettering
Have you got a cycle in the shed or garage but don't use it as much as you would like because you don't feel safe cycling alone? Why not join in our safe Led Cycle Rides around the beautiful country lanes of Kettering. We have got trained instructors who will take you on a short ride on quiet roads (10-15 miles) and point out places of interest. We may stop for a picnic (depending on the time of day) and you will be sure to make new friends on the way. Please make sure your cycle is roadworthy before attending.
If you would like to join up on one of these FREE rides please contact Yvonne Starkey on 01536 513100 or e-mail yvonne.starkey@acnorthants.org.uk .
