The Lifetime Project is run by Jacqui Cabey and it is her focus to facilitate and organise courses and activities of interest to the over 55’s.

Courses by day of the week:

Mondays (Subject to interest)
The Book Club – Lifetime Activity Room, 31 Billing Road. Cost £40 for 10 weeks. It will discuss an average of two books a month, of varying topics and genres. For more information and to register your interest, please contact The Lifetime Project Office.

Tuesdays
Tai Chi – The Pastures Community Centre - 11.30am - 12.30pm. Cost £24 for 6 weeks.
Tai Chi – Lifetime Activity Room, 31 Billing Road - 2.00pm – 3.00pm. Cost £24 for 6 weeks.
Keep Fit – Abington Community Centre. Volunteer – led class.  11.00am - 12.00 noon. £3 per week PAYG.
Tracing Your Family Tree Beginners - Lifetime Activity Room, 31 Billing Road.  10.00am - 12.00 noon. Cost £40.00 for 10 weeks.

Last Wednesday of the month
The Photography Club (from SLR to Digital) – The Venton Centre.  10.00am - 12.00. £1.50 per session PAYG.

Thursdays
Tracing Your Family Tree Advanced - Alliston Gardens Y&CC.  1.00pm - 3.00pm. £4 per week PAYG. For 10 weeks.
“Interchange” Women’s Discussion Group - Ex-Servicemen’s Club & Institute.  2.00pm - 4.00pm. Cost £40 for 10 weeks.
Art - The Venton Centre. Every Week – excluding half terms. This class is currently at full capacity.  10.00am-12.00. Price £4 p/w PAYG. Please contact The Lifetime Project Office for information.

Fridays
Aquafit - The Mounts Baths Leisure Centre.10.00 - 11.00am. Cost £28 for 7 weeks.

Age Concern Northamptonshire Pre-Retirement Courses  

This is a stimulating, informative and fun two day course run at 31 Billing Road, for persons and partners approaching retirement.  It is usually paid for by the retirees' employer and covers topics such as Health, Wellbeing and Exercise, Home Security, Insurance, Your Legal Rights, Money Management, State Benefits and 50+ activities.
